Indeed my lovely people. It’s been a feeling that’s been lost for a long time. It must be the Blast boot camp thing🤷🏼♂️😄. The feeling of goodness inside, a feeling of Adrian Supersonic is here.
It certainly had me charged up this evening after boot camp, even though before hand I was feeling under the weather with the hot weather. Being ultra hot whilst tending customer’s gardens. Possibly not enough water being drank.🤷♂️.
It’s been an interesting few days . It was my Dads 89th Birthday yesterday. I haven’t got a recent photo of him but I’ll look for one in a minute of years past 🌟.

My new programme of the moment is Hinterland. Somewhat different.
Musically it’s still country I’m afraid to say and with the second album I bought of The Band Perry “ Pioneer “. The album is Honestly quite Good. This album I’ve had for ages and I couldn’t get into at first but I’m there now. That’s what matters I guess.
It’s a fresh start musically as well as everything else. Every day is a new start for me , how about you guys ? 😄👍🌟💖.
Sometimes Life is a struggle to feel the bounce and to take the worry out my business life but the last two of three days have been ok. Essentially meeting new customers . You know what someone, a customer most recently actually tracked us down by the work we’d done locally. Amazing! She didn’t know who’d done the work but was really interested in finding us out. She did some defective work as the lady puts it by searching through gardeners photos!! On the internet. 💖💛👍😄🌟. Amazing. Absolutely amazing 🌟😄😘.
Blast boot camp this evening was tough with out personal trainer and punisher Adam Atkinson.😄🤣. It certainly was tough, very hot , a great feeling, but I didn’t like the weighted Run. My knees didn’t like that. ! . Great to be back . I’m gonna have to say if your not into exercise , you don’t know what you are missing. Being part of a group for me is Especially fabulous. I couldn’t do it on my own. I haven’t the mentality to do that. Groups are amazing, They are FUN and you can make amazing friends with people who want the same thing . You are all in it together, pushing forward.
I’m really not sure if some people can count , as they seem to get through the exercises quicker than most. Then again I’m always one to lag behind. I’m really not that bothered as long I’m doing my best , that’s all people can expect of me. 🌟💖. Thanks to Adam for playing AC/DC . Oow it gets me charged up 💪🌟💪. 😄.
I’m just waiting for Magical Tuesdays to start again. This being my favourite and only Line dance class. I don’t want any other class. Yes we have socials on a Sunday in Parbold which are cool , But Donna’s class is fabulous. Now I have Tom my friend “Hooked on Country “ , I said to him ,, “ we might see him there “ but no-we won’t. 🤣.
