Hello you Happy lot! .
Hope you are learning and giving a lot!. Sometimes when we think we haven’t anything to give , we are already doing it. Your presence in other peoples lives , your little pockets of happiness and your glint in your eye. Having a skip in your step and how we speak mentally to ourselves and chat openly to our friends with interest all adds up to being a happy person.
Looking after our bodies too , exercising and most importantly eating the right food that nourishes us, it’s very important. I’m not really on top of that one , but I’m looking towards the physical horizon again. Drinking plenty of water too keeps us in on an even keel , in fact it’s essential to our bodies. Sometimes I forget to drink enough especially on colder days . I’m gonna have prioritise Water , water , water.
You must all know this stuff anyway .
May is moving ever closer , it feels like the days are moving fast , yet environment wise we are at least a month behind in growth in the natural , Horticultural and agricultural worlds. My wisteria is way behind, weird isn’t it but we had a cold start to the year.
The importance of May is moving closer with mental health awareness week coming up on May 10th to 16th. As Chris Powell who’s an inspirational coach says “ in his world every day is about Mental Health Awareness “. I quite agree.
I hope you guys are refreshingly good and ready to love you even more. You can love lots of things and people but until you love and accept all of you . You will never fill your potential. I’m still learning and giving, hope you are too.
