Someone said to me last week, have you heard the saying ? “ fake it till you make it” .
So this means mentally putting or filtering only positive thoughts into our minds. To keep on striving forward even if you really don’t feel like it.
I hope you are feeling good or that little bit better about yourself in this moment. This is the only moment that matters.
