🌟Friends say the nicest things don’t they?!.
🌟Well I’m here to tell you they do. Just when you , I feel the need for that friendly connection someone just gives you that little nudge into the happiness zone again.
🌟I sometimes forget the preciousness of our time here. Here in the Now! . Taking in the finest and tiniest moments of nature, even just like yesterday when I saw a moment and took it , Midst of all the Positivity and battling to stay so. The rush to get challenges done . Yes a wonderful ten minutes in nature to settle things down . It doesn’t solve the external creases of what’s going on in life at moment but helps sooth my mind. Just ten minutes out of my day to take in the moments of walking into Hesketh Park in Southport. A very welcoming entrance, wide open , no one around to see me being at one with the trees and the wild flowers. Bliss.
🌟🐝 Ready again to take in as much as I can in the now. Very much the right vibe to stay grounded and trying to engage with my inner sparkle.
