💛Fantastic Friday is here . Although it feels like any other 😄. A great to be alive sort of day. The skies are shrouded in greyness , the birds are feasting on the bird table. Nothing really colourful has taken my fancy. This time of year is Extremely difficult to get the Liquorice all sorts of the birds in my garden.Early spring or just coming out of the cold winter months is when I have all the flights of fancy. I reckon they are all further a field, nesting away in there hedge rows. I might have to change my tactics 🤣 to entice them back . 😄🌟. . At the moment we have Goliath the wood pigeon on the table.
🌟The only intriguing bird is the Jackdaw. It’s plumage of silvery grey and a certain kind of blackness and startling blue eyes, They just kinda have me transfixed . To many jackdaws and magpies are pests but I love em’. We have Many little sparrows, black birds, Yardies which are Starlings to you! , or even shepies I’ve heard it be said by an Gent I once knew from Shropshire. He was an old farmer type, he use to walk with his two Jack Russell’s ,with his Thumb stick in his hand down to the nursery I worked in as a trainee in Scarisbrick. He also use to call sparrows “ spuggs “!! . Must be a Shropshire thing. 🤣
🌟Recently I’ve been trying to find Time to read , gee it seems impossible. With a million and one things to do and dealing with the the naughty boy syndrome Daily. Gee I’m frustrated, it doesn’t get any better. Susan has just said gosh your “ Grumpy “ aren’t you ? .
I guess I am , blinking frustrated. With daily battles with the naughty one,🌟I was only saying to Gillian the other day , I can live in the now and anything else I can’t even think about . I seem to have lost my way with the peace of mind bit. Mental health hey, thats certainly it.
🌟I hope you are striving with ease, spreading your layers of positivity and sparkles everywhere you go. Staying POSITIVE is massively important but I’ve come to realise I can’t have one without the other and I find a little peace in this.
Forgiving myself , relaxing and saying YES I’m ok . I’m a good person. It’s all starts with POSITIVE SELF TALK.🌟😄✨💛.
Today we are completing a pond restoration and cleaning job here in Hesketh Bank. Stocking with extra small fish today and we have on order freshwater mussels and Rams-horn snails. All these little creatures to help clean the pond.
