Hello my friends..
It’s been a crazy few days for me as I move from days or weeks of uncertainty. It’s certainly been a land of 🌿 wondering , of what am I doing here? . How do I move from this moment of pain into power? . In one of Jay Shetty’s most recent Podcasts, he explains how in the moments of uncertainty lays growth. A little bit of fear is there and is always there as long as we continue to grow as we feel a greater presence within us. A stronger being emerges . A more inquisitive and prouder side of you starts to open the light inside you.
It can also be a punch the air kind of time. As I smile to myself with a few heartwarming moments over the last few days this has happened to me , I can start to have FUN again. A time to lighten up and let go of the reigns.
There is a mixture of teachings here by The late Susan Jeffers and Jay Shetty. Uncertainty is a place of growth, your own personal growth. Jay says ‘ as we move away from The comfort zone and our hearts land in unfamiliar territory and challenging moments, we can continue to open our mind’s and inner strengths.
In recent weeks I’ve felt lost in no man’s land , having lost faith in human nature and even worse myself.. With loads of mixed messages in my head swirling around, it hasn’t been a good time. After a few good pushes and making contact with people, and listening to podcasts once again after such a long break from not doing so. I can breathe a huge sigh of relief that I once again start believing in me again. All I can do is keep pushing myself forward. One thing is for sure I aim to to stop comparing myself to others or wishing or being too soft, or emotionally charged.
My homework for this week and as many weeks as it will take and that’s to keep challenging myself! . The teacher again is Jay Shetty after listening to his podcast last evening. There a few things or almost everything thing I have power to press forward and say Yes to life. Say YES instead of saying no! .
Change your mindset, change your life. 🌟✨😁. Keep shining and moving forward knowing that you or I count! .
