Hiya , hope your all well. Iβm very well even though I feel Iβve been taking time out of shining for my highest good. I think itβs down my sleep patterns, hopefully Iβm getting there.
πI have Boot camp starting next week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday to take the measure out of me. I better not strain my Hamstring tendons again because itβs looking like this might be a weakness.
Now Iβve been wondering as I doπ€£. The organisers at boot camp say they can sixteen members into the room . Thats Β an average class anyway. Perhaps we are spread out throughout our section.
That reminds me I must get a exercise mat. We have to bring our own from now on. Iβm not gonna use my Β£100, yoga mat for the B C blasting. πͺπ.π₯Oh please trainers. I hope your not going to have a naughty boys corner . Of guys who didnβt manage to get it together on zoom π€£. Oh be kind to usππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»π.π€£.
Iβve just to get things sorted with Yoga too, having a steady routine ππ»π.
