Looking on in amazement, this is just how it was in my last Counselling session . Beautiful and amazing discussion as I opened up freely .
Yes it was incredibly different this time around as I acknowledged my courage and my commitment to bring forth a new caring relationship with myself. It was so amazing to see her gorgeous warm smile as I chatted my stuff.
I’ve never seen her face look so elated as I did that day , so pleased as she moved closer to the video screen with her gleaming smile, whilst I spoke of my insights and door opening inner strengths .
Although I’m making headway towards a healthier relationship with myself, there’s still some heart felt stuff to work through or leave behind… , that’s something I will definitely work on .. As I spoke these words to my life guide , I went on to say as Gillian Asked me “ how long am I putting on this journey of self discovery? ” . My answer being , “it’s going to take my lifetime, I’m not putting any pressure on myself “ . I’m not expecting to have the answers by the next time we talk. Haha. Although I’ve my homework to do and plenty of it.. this being so I’ve asked for a larger gap between our chats so I can work on myself. This being Music to Gillian’s ears, and the biggest smile was formed across her face. It gave me an amazing feeling. So so wonderful. X .
