🌟Hello to you on this fresh morning.
I’ve not actually emerged out of the house as I write this , but it looks fab out there.Just as it was the case Yesterday, as I travelled To the Wilds of Southport Beach late yesterday afternoon. Yes I stopped for about half an hour. I paid my £1.50 ( the charge for an hour) for the pleasure of parking my Transit Van up near the sluice gates to the Marine Lake – .
They were some of the most remarkable moments of the day. Firstly it was breezy but not unbearable. Quite nice , oow nice is not a word my English teacher (from Southport college part time course) use to like me using. 🤣. I remember her pulling me up and asking to find another word!!
Yes looking backwards which is something I do but only these days if I’m searching for something Positive. 🌟😄👌.I hurried across the road to miss the fast paced cars , then jumped over the concrete barrier. I carefully walked down the concrete slope but then damn it ! , I seemed to have scared off two flocks of tiny birds . One flock was definitely was the dippy like feature of the Pied Wagtail.
The other flock of tiny birds , well I’ve no idea. Maybe a finch type or bunting? . They certainly flew like a finch and also had that little sound that goes with them. Without consulting a twitcher or someone who specialises in the bird life of the Southport coastline , I’m surely not going to get the answer.
I do know someone who can help me there and when I get a minute I’ll pop and see him and No it’s not my friend and wildlife expert Stewart ! Not this time.🌟These moments were simply awe inspiring yesterday, out in the wilds of the coastal winds and brown unattractive sea water . Yes it’s very yucky to look at , nothing like the waters elsewhere. Like the sumptuous waters of Port Erin and the Fondest memories of playing With my Grandson and jumping the waves. (Waves of love) haha!. Simply a moment that will live within for the rest of my day’s.
🌟 Yesterday was certainly cool and fresh. Yes Cool as I was searching under foot for anything interesting. Crunching the millions of razor shells under foot, crunch, crunch crunch, what a sound. It was like the sound of eating Corn Flakes fresh in a bowl at breakfast time. The sound was loud. I started to take photos of shells, as I take photos of anything that takes my fancy in life. I can’t miss that moment. If I did, it would be a moment lost forever.
Suddenly I was asked by a lady who was with her friend and walking a dog , ‘ what was I taking photos of ?’ . I simply answered’ ‘shells’ . We chatted about the beauty of the place and the explained that they love Southport, especially the beach area. I asked where she was from , the answer is St’ Helen’s and they are staying at the travel lodge because they accept dogs.
It really good to chat. The lady showed me a photo of when her cousin came to Southport beach in the week and witnessed a load of dead Star Fish washed up . What an unpleasant sight.
Our chat gathered more interest as I chatted about bringing my Grandson here tomorrow. She said , ‘ you know what would be good to have is a metal detector! , you’d have loads of days out with one of those. Hmmm .. food for thought 😄🌟.🌟Other Moments of the day consisted of buying a magazine of interest. Well I’m going to admit it’s only of interest to me because of a friend who’s knows her stuff on this subject 😄🌟.Certainly she has inspired to learn more, absurd more, look at the bigger picture if you know what I mean .Think outside the box, look outwardly instead of inwardly for a change 🤣🤣🌟😁👌😁🌟.
Yes so I thought I’d take a look . Yes it’s Science and there was a choice of two magazines. I picked the one that had more things in it I might like. ‘ New Scientists’. I’ve read the article about ‘ The Teenager that excels with half a brain. Yes in was interesting. The other thing I was interested in global warming and extinction of the bumblebee, a bit of old news, but a life without 🐝 s would be devastating to the planet.
Also reading an article that goes like this ; Extinct date palms sprout again thanks to ancient seeds! So in fact the seeds are two thousand years old and where found in the Judean desert near Jerusalem. Mmm.. interesting.
🌟Other news of yesterday, I visited my sister in ‘ Woodlands ‘ , the care home she’s in . I gave her a bag of goodies she was able to give my brother as it’s his Birthday on Monday,. Other people who are celebrating their Birthday’s tomorrow are friends of mine, Anna and Sally. Sally is Richie’s Wife.😄.My Sister greeted me well , though think she’s suffering in silence with the loss of her boyfriend. I might have to have a chat with her about it.
🌟I also had a few moments to spare to visit my dad. I asked him if he could recall any Happy memories of his growing up years in Cumbria. I hope he can manage to recapture some memories and write them down.🌟I also had a Reach Out Moment to my private group within the Blast Boot Camp on Social media. It was much needed and I felt better for doing it. There is a new commitment I am making and it involves Boot Camp. Yes I need these guys and the experience in my life. I feel it is damaging to my mental health not to be completely immersed into it. Go carefully i must though 👍🌟😁.
Anyway My VERY BEST FRIENDS , you can go now !😂. That’s if you’ve not already gone and done it . Gosh I do waffle sometimes 🤪. Sorry 😘.
Loving you from here.
Have a super duper day and days to come .
Get in touch with Nature when you can. You will feel better for it. 💚
From my heart to yours
Positively Adrian 🌟😄🌟😄🌟😄
