As Danni Nicholls sings “ Ancient Embers” singing the words ‘ the greatest love of all is enchantingly beautiful. Like most of the songs from her album “ The melted morning” , they are moving . “Frozen” is magically moving too. Not upbeat, just stirringly beautiful in my eyes and internal rhythm.

My range in musical tastes is kinda strangely different. Not only do we have a vast range within the Country music scene. There are so many tastes out there. I kinda like the folky Americana , blue grass , just like the song called “ fishing in the dark” and “Tennessee whiskey “. Much that goes on within in is usually a Rock theme.. At the moment I’m watching for the fifth time “ The Secret: Dare to Dream “ . Excellent little but amazing inspirational film.
It’s amazing how our minds open when a beautiful child is involved. I think it’s important to remember our childhood being a warm loving place, even if in the past you haven’t. To think of ourselves as a good human being even in the past you haven’t.
I had a recent good conversation with a new friend or someone I’ve only ever met a couple of times before and it really was quite something. A specialist in his own field of things. A question often repeated towards me was , “ want do you (I) want? . This guy is magnificent in his own profession of trying to bring families back together again. This not being his title but only my thoughts on it. We have much to learn off one another if you ‘dare to connect’ , ( Susan Jeffers phd) . Dare to connect in learning about one’s self through the eyes of someone else as well as YOU.
Another great moment but quite extraordinary moment to come to me is what I’d call helping a mate out in his garden. It’s a strange feeling to be appreciated for who I am or what I can do for someone. Over recent years we’ve steadily become better at being friends I guess. Each helping one another out.. with no strings attached, what a blessed feeling. No guards up here. Simply amazing, just a genuine connection. Whether it’s a reflection of where I’m at as a person I don’t know.
I’m signing off for now as there’s plenty to do at home.. loads of jobs!
