Hey to you. Time is rolling on . Today is Magical Tuesday and I will be needing some extra power surge to keep me going today. Whether is magical thoughts, smiles on the breeze, good vides floating in the air. I just know it’s gonna take an almighty push to keep me going.
💪I have good intentions to making good headway in the physical aspect of living being, body conditioning through boot camp somewhere and how. My mind too requires some real time with zoning in and relaxing with my mind and body, this being Yoga.

I’m almighty tired after being woken up by one our little grandsons in the early hours. He has only just gone to sleep now Lucky him hey ! 🤣 It’ll be an early dart for me today.

I’m sending out Good luck to my health and well-being, physical fitness Boot camp exercise providers and Yoga schools in the trials in opening under very strict conditions, apparently very few people aloud in a confined space at any one time. It’s going to be another learning curve , but hey you can all go on holiday and not go into quarantine when you get back. Not like the rules in The Isle of Man. Oow 14 days quarantine if you leave the island and come back in again. Sensible rules if I may say so. 70 countries aloud to enter Britain and no quarantine., it’s ludicrous . In my eyes asking for trouble.
Saying this I might see if Susan and I can get away in the wilds one weekend, oow ! I forgot Susan is not keen on the wilds , she’ll settle for the retail therapy type. So a compromise will have to be sought. I know a friend of mine is going to Gods Country soon , being Northumbria. Lucky Devil 😄🤣.
