Hi Guys !

Hows life in the fast lane?!😁

My avenues are okay . Not fast but steady away. My gosh though life if flying by so quickly!. It’s so important to enjoy your every moment, I know it’s not that  easy with our overthinking minds . Well that’s definitely me . Some of you have it sussed I’m sure!😂.

Today has been pretty ok , though I’m coming down with my first cold of the winter. Hmmm .. let’s see how long this lasts , probably blinking months.. The sore throat is here after a couple of weeks feeling old. Drained if you know what I’m on about.

So lapping it up are we ?. Well I’m trying to. With my usual  reading dates with  “Fearne Cotton “ and her book “Quiet”and my favourite magazines “Psychologies “.

These are just up my street. Gosh there’s lots of , lanes,streets, avenues  in this post haha.
At the moment in time I’m in bed after coming up the wooden hill feeling awfully tired and feeling yucky. Now I can’t blinking sleep 😴!, so I’m writing to you ! . How about that?  You like? . I hope so.

So are we loving your days here on earth?. I would say I am , though I still have my faults. One being under confident . Yes I’m picking out a fault here but we need to acknowledge who we are and somehow, one day try to change or STEP IT UP!.  Being fine with compliments I found oddly bewildering this week and I didn’t know what to say. A quiet smile sufficed on these occasions. At least I recognised the fact that not quite on my game , if life is a game I’m not sure!? . I suppose it could be. Living it in a light hearted way and not tooo heavy, oh this would be bliss and it feels ok at the moment. With the light of your love in the air, now this makes everything more beautiful.

I can tell you I did try and sing a little today, though my little singing buddy wasn’t with me today . So does it matter,  as he’s still rubbing off on me anyway! That’s good ain’t it?🤣.

We all live in a Yellow submarine was flowing through and out of me. Strange but true.. 

Its Time to give an incredible positive to balance this post out ! It’s not all about picking out my worst bits. In which I can hear  you say

“Don’t change , your okay as you are !” Hmm okay  .. Maybe that’s the answer i’m looking for!? Just be my POSITIVE SELF and don’t even overthink anything else?! FIND THE POSITIVES IN EVERYTHING I DO ! Now this sounds like a good game! . Shall we try it out?? 

So the summary of my week is is kinda GOOD. Well I’m not beating myself up mentally so that’s a plus!!. I’ve made plans to chat to someone on Monday coming. A guy I spoken to before and he has a wizardry way about him. He’s a mind set coach. I just feel the need to run a few things by him about my decision making antics!. And so combined with the confidence issues. Well I thought I’d put that out there! It’s apparently good to talk 😄.

We have the grandkids with us this weekend but I’ve a few Christmasy things to do.. so I might be missing from them for a couple of hours, plus I’ve my big sister to visit.. So it’s all busy..

I wish to thank the people who gave me compliments this week. Your kinda brill! I promise to get better with confidence and accepting compliments!, well I’ll work on it.

I’ve some life changing decisions to make over the coming days or weeks , so this might make or break me!🤣🥰. It’s certainly been a big BIG year of decision making!. Has yours? .

If you’ve ever tried the road of self love , I’m telling you now it’s a whirl pool of discovery. You’ll have many feelings surfacing themselves. So be ready for some tears and loads of vulnerability and MIRROR WORK! . Well that feels very strange talking to yourself in a mirror but it’s essential in loving you.. You’ll be proud of you repeating and believing in you . loving Affirmations all the way! .  I tried some of this last week when things were getting tough for me.

Be yourself, this is all we can be . With a loving way about you , a strong one too!
Anything can happen.. Finding peace within you and enjoying our outdoor pursuits is definitely in our capabilities..
So breath deep and relaxxxxxxx.
