One Sparkly can change your mood in a second. Can give you an almighty glow to the rest of your day. Make you smile and skip , sing or whistle if you dare. 👌😂. It can Grip you like you’ve never been gripped before.. I wished the feeling would last longer.
In Days past , the days were I felt I was a mere hatchling to the personal growth movement. My main Teacher was and still is , a wonderful and inspirational woman, yes I may have told you before Susan Jeffers PhD.
Author of many self help books . She is one incredible woman. Sadly passed on to new pastures in the sky. My sweet sweet friend. RIP.

I have moved on in life like we all do. From strength to strength but as we all know , it’s so easy to fall and forget about the Essence of life , of you, of me. Why this is ?, well I’ve not mastered it, so can’t tell you how this happens apart from forgetting to practice to be positive especially with positive affirmations.
