Greetings my Dear Friends.
Yes it’s another sleepless night. It being 3 am. I’m not impressed. Sleeping pills will have to bought tomorrow or today !!!! .
Netflix is on pause at the moment with the starting of Yes a 3rd run through my favourite Heartland . This Canadian programme has been going for 13 seasons I think now. I’m currently waiting for the13th season to come on Netflix. I’ve watched it twice through already , so that’s 1 to 12 seasonsTwice over !. That’s some mega watching . My wife does some tutting when she sees me watching it. Yes she thinks I’m sad. As in daft as a brush 😂.
Mind you it’ll soon be time to watch my favourite Christmas film of all time is ..; The Bishop’s Wife , starring Cary Grant and David Niven. A close joint second are ; It’s a wonderful life and Miracle on 34th Street ( Black & White version) but colour is good too. .
So I’ll be dusting off my Cary Grant film ‘ The Bishop’s Wife ‘ dvd. Oh yes . A bit of “me time “ coming up and I can’t wait . A brew and some cosiness Great !.
** Another film I like that is an oldie but goodie is ‘ A Quiet Man ‘ starring John Wayne & Maureen O’Hara. Great stuff. And most films with Virginia Mayo in like ‘Captain Hornblower’ with Gregory Peck . Yes I love Virginia. ** ( sat 14th December- inserted) Don’t get me started on films, I love many – 😂😘
Anyway my lovelies I’m gonna try and sleep as I think I’m feeling worse physically. As in feeling stressed in my chest . I must sleep

Ps, I keep wanting to call myself ‘ Ade The Babe Shadow ‘.. Argh… it was a nickname I sometimes used back in My Marc Bolan Crazy days in the 80’s.Back then I had a few pen pals around the country,I guess I’ve always like communicating!. My nick name-came From one of his songs called ‘“ Buick Mckaye and the babe shadow “ From the TANX Album ., Err .. maybe it’s best left there … My Wife doesn’t like Marc Bolan either !😂. Hey ho ! . I still have the odd day when I get fed up with Country Music 🎶 and rustle through my Bolan cd collection which there isn’t much there. I did have a pretty good vinyl collection from his hay days of the 70’s but they got left behind somewhere in Liverpool. Not going there on that one. The story is closed until I decide to reopen it. And I can’t see that happening. Anyway cold brew time again and sleep .. see ya later 😘🤗. Time 3:48 am Friday morning.
Afternoon Positive People ,
Its lunchtime erm.. 12:30 pm and I’ve just had an hours nap after eventually getting a few zzz in during the night but not quite enough. My nap wasn’t electrifying but ok. I don’t know what the matter is , obviously it’s “thought” that stopping me from sleeping. Definitely some sort of sleeping aid for tonight 😂. Perhaps a punch in the head 😂.
I’m just munching on a bowl of beans and sausage with an splash of Hp sauce.. nothing like it 😄. Ssssh … don’t tell Blast Boot Camp ! , it’ll be totally against their regulations 😂😘.
We At Blue Skies Gardening are unfortunately off work again today because of the ultra downpours of rain. So leads me into doing stuff today that I was going to do tomorrow. Hopefully see my friend in Hospital today. This will be a case of Brightness beats all , as for venturing to The Royal PRESTON Hospital on my own is a little scary thing as I’ve never been there before. . But like I say ✨Brightness Beats all✨ 😄🌟.
Now then getting back to Country’s . Yes for some reason I like Canada 🇨🇦, maybe it’s because I did a project on the country way back in secondary school days . I should imagine there would be plenty Blue Skies over there but cold I think. So I’m going to opt for the country I’d to live in or certainly have some long breaks there would be ITALY 🇮🇹. Yes I went there as a child with my Auntie and whole family . Not that I can remember everything but even now the country is beautiful and warm , plenty of Blue Skies 🌌. Oh yes Beautiful Countryside And coastal Views.
A friend of mine was talking about America and how she’d love to live there, hope you don’t mind me bringing this up ? . 😄👌✨. I’ve never been there so I don’t know what I’m missing I guess.
🌟** Please indulge me, please give a taste of America. I await in earnest!!😂😘. America is Huge and must fall under many different categories, surely?😄. I loved the way you sparkled and came to life as you immersed into the conversation , you’re smile is the definition of Happiness..( Saturday 14th December)**🌟
** I’m not a great traveller but I have travelled Britain. The furthest North being my beloved Newcastle and furthest down south being Cornwall where my friends Dave and Sue live now. They do originate from Southport but moved there because they love the place. Yes it is surely picturesque, especially the coastline. **
I’ve had a good Personal Growth Week. Firstly venturing to see and speak to a young woman who runs the administration side to different Boot Camp in Preston. I’m pleased I raised myself to the challenge. The advertising for the men’s over 50’s group is a little miss leading because it’s not strictly a over 50’s class. It’s a mixed class like with the over 30’s at Blast Boot Camp, Southport. The only difference is they have appointed Ambassadors within the class , as well as the trainer to guide you through if you are finding it difficult and show you the correct way of doing things. That makes a difference.
But I still love Blast I think I will be going back as soon as my strength and bendiness comes back to me. So it’s possibly going to one 2 one training and Pilates and my GORGEOUS LINE DANCING ❤️🌟.
Now Buddies I’m talked enough, you’re probably sick of me now.
