Welcome to this message here today.
I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet as I’m sure I’ve gone overboard in writing over my period here in these pages over the years I’ve been privileged to write to you..
I aim to try and bring you shortened versions of my aspirations leading into the brand new year.
I hope you get round to widening your circle of trust in yourself . Oozing and rippling out of your comfort zones, edging closer to the true you.
One thing that keeps me on track is listening to podcasts by inspirational people such as Fearne Cotton but my favourites at the moment are Dr Rangan Chatterjee and the easy to listen to Jay Shetty. I’m sure there’s many more gems out there , like Suzy Bashford with her Big Juicy Creative Podcast. Of late Suzy hasn’t continued with talking, I can only wish her loads of human goodness as she’s missing from my life at the moment.
Suzy is an incredible creative writer too.
It’s time to set up a new routine of getting up earlier in the mornings and practice some ‘me time’ . This could be time to reflect, set your goals for the day or practice yoga . This is what I aim to do. I’ve taken up the online 30 day challenge by Adriene a yoga teacher . For me early mornings are the only time in the day when there’s space as well as peace in the household .
For my coming year I aim to take more action and do more activities in my life and spread my wings of self belief. 🌟🥰.
