Tick tock indeed. Time doesn’t wait for anyone. Sitting in bed pondering my evening. An evening of many emotions . Excitement with the joy of Linedancing and connection with my friends.
Moving a little closer to the completion of the revamped pirate ship climbing frame in my garden.
Finally finishing the decking at the foot of the original steps .
Its a true feeling to be creating something for our grandkids to play on and in a safe manner.Before dancing I visited my friend Tom for a chat about a little thing that was bugging me . Having ironed that out , I continued my journey to my favourite dance evening.⭐️😁
Arriving at my class is always a great feeling, though I struggled this evening emotionally.. I had to go out for a breather as to try and calm myself down. Making this feeling even more raw .
I came to the realisation that it’s my Special Grandsons Birthday next Tuesday. Oh wow! Eleven years young this time round. Now that is going to be an emotional day and evening..How will I get through?! I’m really not sure..
My head needs a wobble and personally need to think of all the great things I can do. Even my friend Tom has remarked on one of my skills many times over. This skill which I take it as a natural ability , but has in fact took me years of practice to perfect. This is ‘ Reversing up a trailer’ with my van. Tom is absolutely amazed at my driving skill on this one. Other times he calls me “ Driving like Miss Daisy “ , but then so does my wife! . There must be some truth in it then. 😂😁
It’s currently one of those mornings when I’m gonna be mega tired through the day as I’m awake at this ungodly hour of 4:30am . Gee whiz what am I overthinking now ? 😂🤔🤷🏼♂️😵💫. Yep ! There is some stuff and too a-boot I like I’ve a eyelash in my eye or then it just could be a dry eye?! One things for sure it’s annoying.
Yes indeed Remembering who we are is very important and the little POSITIVES things through the day we must magnify , rather just forget about. As in yesterday as it is now. I had the lovely experience of meeting a customer and only down the road to me too. A really fun and chatty person . It was a warm and sparkly feeling being able to have a conservation with a woman with interest . We chatted about her garden , her home , which was lovely by the way! . We talked about what she does for a career as she works from home. In which the lady ‘ she has always worked from home’. The lady runs a small but now bigger with boasting 6 staff , HR company. Interesting! . I explained I was under contract with a company in Liverpool in which I firstly joined them going on four years now as I had staff issue.
But as I thought I was out of contact because initially it was a 6 months contract, then turning into rolling one! . Well that’s what I thought! . NO ! They informed me a few months back , THAT IN THE SMALL PRINT AFTER TWO YEARS . YOU AUTOMATICALLY START ANOTHER CONTRACT OF TWO BLINKING YEARS. FUC😵💫sake, Rip-off Britain! .
Oh well , give me moment to shake them dis tasteful thoughts .. 😂
So what have you lined up today? Is it just another day in the office or have made some grand plans.. ?
I’m attending a garden for one of my line dance friends from my Southport class I use to go to. I called over there the other day , you know I think I’m losing my memory as I can’t remember what day it was when I called there. Or maybe when one lets the there lower self take over for a bit and this what happens. Who knows, possibly BIG G?! .
Arh.. well I’ve kept you long enough, I’m gonna see If I can get a hour of sleep before work starts again.
