This morning I opened up one of my monthly update emails from my late Miracle of a inspirational , author, woman and friend.
Susan Jeffers phd, her inspirational husband and team are helping to keep her legacy moving forward.
The message comes through and triggers something inside me which happened years if not decades ago. Her story is entitled
”Are You an Instant Angel”. It’s quite a nice little read..To peep into Susan’s wealth of goodness log on to www.susanjeffers.com
I guess over the years I’ve had many beautiful times, many blessings, some bad ones too. This is when we learn about who we are .. haha we certainly don’t think it at the time..
One particular time pops out my memory bank and will never be forgotten as it was a absolutely incredible feeling. In one of those moments of despair, oh remember it so well and I can almost feel the emotions inside me now. The moment of emotions running out of control then there was a INCREDIBLE FEELING THAT I WAS’NT ALONE. I had a almighty feeling of a warmth within and around me.
I somehow have a united feeling my life is just perfect the way it is.
Are you kidding me ! , Really Adrian, what am I saying here? . I like all the negativity that goes on in my head? .. well not exactly but when we come to realise life is about balance. Not ignoring the problems but TALKING MORE ABOUT THEM to my and our valued friends .
I feel blessed I’m able to feel free about this. I might annoy some of my friends and I guess their just being polite but I do have some straight talking friends too. Which is a good thing. I guess it’s about making your mistakes in life. You can’t live life being frightened of living. EMBRACING LIFE IS AN AMAZING FEELING. All of you have helped in all that you do. How does it feel for you? . Sometimes one has to ask questions of yourself. Yep it might be tough, well it is most certainly. Taking responsibility for all the morsels of you is an incredible feeling 🦋🌟✨.
In this I’m going to leave you here and I’m even more excited as I’ve seen my very first Goldfinch in the back garden for months. I thought they might have all disappeared because of the avian flu that’s took a grip over the British isles.
I use to have a mini flock, group of seven who use to regularly visit my garden..numbers have definitely changed..
Take care my good friends, count your blessings,
inspire and be inspired.
