As I’ve awoke the this morning with the thing mostly on my mind . Believe it it or not , it Is about our Time and how it simply doesn’t stop. Who would want to stop anyhow?? . Life can be So Gorgeous.
It seems to be ravenous on everything in its way. This brings me to my time and how I use it. And simply how precious it is. Use it with all your might! , but also with all of who you are. The gentle parts of you too. Our brains are forever learning and forever inquisitive, don’t you think? . It’s a lovely thought to grasp. On just how life can be so gorgeous.
Yesterday for me was kinda new and different. I tendered a customer in Much Hoole with an ongoing pond problem, spoke to her about her garden too. Then I popped and seen a friend for 5 minutes. In all this time my thoughts of the day was to try out boot camp again. As the moments got nearer and nearer , with intriguing questions from the main man . Am I simply well enough for training, hmm. .. I began to wonder? . With a little niggle in my groin area after stretching on the floor with Nathan my sidekick😂.
I decided to opt for Pilates again. What a wonder it was too. Cardio Pilates, absolutely fabulous! . The class was full the the rafters and as usual the teacher was fabulous. Fabulous because of the human connection and beauty of learning in a caring way.
Yes although I love the romance of going back to boot camp. I just think I need to take my time with it as long as I proceed steadily with strengthening in a caring to my body way. I have Pt training session on Wednesday with big Adam! . So mentally and strengthening again too, mind you on this session again too I don’t want to be crippled 😜.
It’s magical Tuesday again and time flies when we get older or is it that we are more eager to love more.
Whatever the meaning of our lives is, all we can do is to inject ourselves fully into it. I’m not saying in a mad way , but a useful way. A way that helps us as human beings. My wife thinks I’m nutty in the respect I talk about shining my light into the world. She’s definitely doesn’t want me to say this in court on Monday. The opposition think I’m nuts anyway! .
I’m going shopping for a jacket for court today, my friend Tom says I’ve left it late.. I hope it’s not going to be like the program I watch with my wife “ Say yes to the dress” .😂 Oh my gosh , the girls try on that many dresses. Oh heck!
Anyway guys I’m going to go and enjoy my day and not sweat the small stuff. XxYour friend
